Anyone who has at least attended a beginners introductory workshop or has the basic knowledge and experience to use a sewing machine and has made a few simple sewing projects.

As we move back to a more normal existence we are starting to realise how our daily wardrobe staples have changed from smart casual to Casually smart. The Zoomarobe as we are calling it is easily becoming a more appealing option for our daily routines from home to home-office via the school run or a morning jog.
At the sewing school we have been using our time to research and experiment with new patterns which we feel reflect the new world we are emerging into, so many of our daily lives have and will change forever and for the better we hope.
We want clothing that will help us feel dressed but not over dressed, and for those of us who have a new way of working from home a lot more now and in the future, getting up and putting on a suit or a stuffy tight dress is just not going to tick any boxes.
So enter the Assembly line, a modern range of Sewing patterns made in Sweden and perfectly created to look sharp, trendy and comfortable.
We launch with the Cuff Top – easy and satisfying to make yet elegant, the Cuff Top is Tal most loved pattern and almost addictive to make. (Well, we can’t stop making it).
A straight fit and cap sleeves with wide elastic cuffs. The smaller size range comes with a boat neck and the larger size range has a keyhole opening with a button at back.
