You look at colour schemes and ideas, prepare your cake for decorating and make your own buttercream. Next you make the perfect chocolate ganache for a drip, crumb coat and cover your cake to achieve a smooth finish and add finishing touches.
There is the opportunity to do simple sugar paste work as well as fill French macarons and get recipes for delicious cakes, buttercream, and ganaches. Please note you will not bake in this class but we supply you with a fresh vanilla sponge cake for you to fill, cover, and decorate.
