Our drum professors can challenge any drum student with a wide variety of fun technical exercises. Exercises designed to improve any student’s drumming skills.
Always aiming to have happy learners the student decides which drum part they wish to master first. Your learning theory is also guaranteed by the use of QMA’s proven Drum method book and testing program.
Our programs are for all abilities, be you a beginner, advanced, or somewhere in between. QMA’s tailored drumming program is also available for those wanting to start from as young as 8 years old.
Our schools teaching philosophy is primarily influenced by Dr. Suzuki Shinichi's mother tongue method, Shirley Given's Adventure in Violinland and "Music For Little Mozart" series for young pianists.
We engage young children through the usage of visuals such as illustrated characters and stuffed animals to help make stories for each song.
This helps to keep make their young minds more imaginative and exciting for each day's lesson. We believe that if we make the size of a violin smaller, they are able to start playing as young as 3 years old.
Drums Lessons are offered by Anthem School of Music
Our drum faculty teach various musical genres including rock, blues, funk, jazz, metal and more. Beginner students can start lessons with a drum pad and stick. Our drum lessons offer comprehensive training in sight-reading, rhythm, theory, musicianship, technique and ear training
