Jumana carved her initial career from a B. Tech Computer Science Engineering and MBA background, then pivoted to a people-driven career in Organisational Change & Transformational Leadership based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
She has held a broad spectrum of strategic, tactical, and operational roles across giant sectors in the Airline, Oil& Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, and Digital world for 20+ years.
