The organization was founded by Mr. Suren Kolkankar – An Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Expert and a Motivational Speaker in 2015, followed by Ms. Jumana Parveen – A Transformational Coach, Consultant, and Mentor in capacity of Co-founder & MD to translate his visions into reality for SK Consultancy Organization

Suren Kolkankar is the Founder and CEO of Suren Kolkankar Consultancy LLP and hails from Goa, India. In his early years, he was fascinated with human psychology, behavior, and the workings of the mind. He immersed himself in reading more than 700+ books on self-help, psychology, leadership, sales, philosophy, spirituality, marketing, neuroscience, and more.

He believes Readers are Leaders and is himself inspired by business owners, philanthropists, innovators, trainers, and leaders who have led others by sharing their learnings with the world.

He has been mentored by top industry experts in the field of personal growth and excellence and is forever encouraging the need for a mentor and a coach in everyone’s life to realize their true potential.

Suren is one of the few early adopters of how life can be enriched using the art of neuroscience, neurolinguistics, modeling excellence, trance induction, and much more.

Today, he is thriving as a Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Peak Performance Coach, and trained professionals from diverse backgrounds hailing from Corporate, Psychology, Therapists, Healers, Doctors, Spiritual Teachers, and Career Counselors come to his very own Portuguese influenced Training Centre, symbolizing calmness and serenity at Goa, India.

He is an Internationally Certified and recognized Master Trainer of NLP from the Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) International CIC UK, Treacle Academy UK & Team NLP UK, and also an Internationally Certified Trainer of NLP from The American Board of NLP (ABNLP), International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA), and Treacle Academy UK.

He is recognized as one of the top 100 Master Trainers of NLP globally, and his founding organization, SK Consultancy, is one of the leading authorized entities to conduct NLP Trainings in India.

Jumana Parveen is a professional with a deep desire to work with people and is an expert in driving multiple technology-driven changes, human transformation strategies, and international projects. She was raised in Dubai, which she calls her first home, and has been living in UAE since 1980s.

Jumana carved her initial career from a B. Tech Computer Science Engineering and MBA background, then pivoted to a people-driven career in Organisational Change & Transformational Leadership based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

She has held a broad spectrum of strategic, tactical, and operational roles across giant sectors in the Airline, Oil& Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, and Digital world for 20+ years. During her long stint in the Middle East, she has experienced the cultural dynamics of people from more than 30 diverse backgrounds.

Jumana was organically drawn to the world of Transformational Coaching due to her lifelong quest for personal growth, human excellence & conscious awakening.

She launched her brand of Jumana’s Transformational Coaching (JTC) in 2018, where she has been offering services to her clients using a wide range of life skill-related tools and techniques to become the best version of themselves.

She is managing multiple work streams in capacity of being the Co-founder and MD of SK Consultancy ; running her own Transformational Coach certification programs under JTC and also co-training with her business partner at SK Consultancy for NLP Programs.

Occasionaly, she still grabs opportunities internationally to impart her knowledge and experience to corporate professionals who are determined to get trained on IT Frameworks, Management Systems  & Delivery Governance.

Her industry accreditations include PROSCI Change Management Practitioner (Gold standard in Change Management), ICF Accredited Coach (Gold Standard in Coaching), NLP Master Practitioner (approved by ABNLP and INLPTA), and many more leading frameworks, best practices and industry certifications to her credit.
