At SK Consultancy, this area of coaching is provided by professional trained ICF coaches (ICF is the gold standard of coaching certification) who have mastered the art of powerful questioning, active listening, powerful presence, and many skills to work collaboratively to foster client awareness and to help them focus on creating positive actions which contribute to their goals.
This kind of coaching encompasses a wide range of an individual’s life dimension such as career, personal relationships, health, emotions, personal growth, financial growth, environment, fun/entertainment, spirituality and overall quality of life.
Coaching sessions usually happens over a zoom call, on 1:1 basis, which lasts 60 min (max). We provide packages which usually span over 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, whereby the coach acts as their accountability partner in helping clients integrate their emotions, behaviours, beliefs, perspectives, and body language so that they come to a more holistic understanding of the stories being narrated.

Jumana Parveen is a professional with a deep desire to work with people and is an expert in driving multiple technology-driven changes, human transformation strategies, and international projects. She was raised in Dubai, which she calls her first home, and has been living in UAE since 1980s.
Jumana carved her initial career from a B. Tech Computer Science Engineering and MBA background, then pivoted to a people-driven career in Organisational Change & Transformational Leadership based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
She has held a broad spectrum of strategic, tactical, and operational roles across giant sectors in the Airline, Oil& Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, and Digital world for 20+ years. During her long stint in the Middle East, she has experienced the cultural dynamics of people from more than 30 diverse backgrounds.
Jumana was organically drawn to the world of Transformational Coaching due to her lifelong quest for personal growth, human excellence & conscious awakening.
