The Cap-Rouge Music Circle offers private (individual) lessons for Electrical bass.
Duration of the course:
Classes can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour per week. The 30-minute lessons offer the opportunity to introduce the student to an instrument and to see his interest in developing mastery of it.
This course duration is particularly recommended for a student who is just starting out in music lessons or for young children whose sustained concentration is shorter.
Once the interest and the desire to learn have been revealed, the 45-minute lessons represent a reasonable duration for a normal pace of learning. If the interest is keen, the desire to learn is greater and the schedule is not too busy, then the 60-minute lessons are a good choice.
Class schedule:
By registering for a course, the school administration will contact you to find out about your availability, your interests, your progress in learning the chosen instrument and your preferences.
Subsequently, a teacher will contact you to make an agreement with you on the time slot when the course will be offered to you each week during the session. Classes are given at the premises of the Cercle de musique de Cap-Rouge.
Minimum age:
Before the age of 6, musical awakening lessons are available to introduce children to the rhythmic and melodic aspect of music, from a very playful perspective.
From the age of 6, it is reasonable to enroll a child in an individual music lesson, depending on his ability to stay focused and his interest in learning the instrument.
Some wind instruments (e.g. transverse flute) may require a good lung capacity which can make the practice of the instrument difficult for young children under 9 years old. Please do not hesitate to contact us for advice.
