Whilst this award does not make you a competent electrician, the course is an ideal first step for those who want to pursue a career as an electrician.
Electricians fit, test and repair electrical installations found in homes and businesses. This could include, fitting consumer units and circuit breakers, connecting wires to sockets, switches and light fittings and installing fire alarms.
