Venues where practical courses are conducted are fully equipped with the relevant tools and equipment to be able to carry out the practical tasks. One learner per workstation is recommended for optimal use and functioning.
A minimum amount of learners are required for the commencement of these courses, as they are quite expensive to offer to below the recommended quorum.

For learners who have just completed their level 4 NCV programme and want to further their studies. This furthers their chances of being employed in better paying positions in the industry. Trade Test (Electrician and Plumber) course is offered by Educatory Electro Services. Our vision to be an inclusive, premier training institution serving all communities and impacting the nation through skills training and development.
If you were found competent in the ARPL assessment and were given the recommendation to proceed with trade test preparation, you will then be able to practice the various trade test tasks to prepare yourself for the actual trade test.

Trade Test course is offered by JMC Technical Training. JMC Technical Training is a training and testing institution in the mechanical training in the motor and diesel industry.
After all the relevant training and experience, a candidate can then apply for approval to do a Trade Test. Its a two day practical test to measure a candidates competency in the trade as electrician.
