This is an open sharing Club designed for those who love embroidery! Each month with feature new techniques and product along with a show and tell where we can all contribute and show off!
Save Stores is a family owned sewing and vacuum store serving the Portland and Vancouver areas.
A new Embroidery Club for Beginners and Intermediate machine embroidery enthusiasts. Learn a new technique and get familiar with the correct stabilizer to use with a variety of projects taught each month. All Machine Makes and Models are welcome, with some working knowledge of your machine.
This class will go over the proper set up of the embroidery unit, as well as, needles, stabilizer and optional software. Proper hooping technique and embroidery considerations when using different thread are topics discussed.
You can be done at the end of the class, or take your piece home and continue to embroider to your heart's content. This class is beginner friendly! We would like to do this as as in person class at the shop, but plan B will be a zoom class
If you can count, you can cross stitch! Â Show your love for Chicago with this cute version of our hometown skyline! The Three-hour workshop will give you the skills to read a pattern and sew directly on to a blank fabric palette to create your own project. Â All materials are included.
Are you new to machine embroidery or want a refresher? You have taken your introductory user class and want to know what to do next? This class was designed with you in mind. Each month we will create a project while exploring a new technique.
