DurationDuring this course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency situations, including managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds, bleeding and minor injuries.
Emergency First Aid Training (1 day)

The training focuses on emergency life-saving skills that can be applied across any working environment.
The candidates will learn about their responsibilities as a First Aider and what to do at the scene of an emergency.
By the end of the training the candidates will have the confidence to deal with an accident whether at home or at work.
Role of the First Aider
The use of First Aid equipment
Recording incidents and actions
Importance of self protection and basic hygiene
Act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Unconscious and/or in seizure
Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation
