This course is a lively, thought provoking workshop, which introduces the subject of diversity to employees at all levels of an organisation.
The session is designed to give learners a greater understanding of the issues of equality and diversity by challenging their awareness of the issues and by exploring their own attitudes to prejudice and stereotyping.
Learners will take part in group discussions scenarios and exercises to explore the range of diversity in their personal and professional lives.
