360 Degrees Beauty Academy #1 opened October 13, 2004, in Houston, Texas. Owner, Llyasah Dupree opened the original 360 Degrees Beauty Salon in 1996, in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2004, she decided to move to Houston, Texas and turn 360 Degrees Beauty Salon into an academy.

360 Degrees Beauty and Barber Academy #1 also provides services by supervised students, which is done at discounted rates. 360 Degrees Beauty Academy #1 trains students in the basic fundamentals of hair care to prepare them for the state licensing exam.

360 Degrees Beauty and Barber Academy #1 is committed to giving our students the personalized attention they expect, and the quality of teaching they will depend on for many years to come. We offer thirteen different programs, including cosmetology, barbering, nail technician, esthetician, crossover, hair weaving, instructor, eyelash extension, refresher, and a few other programs as well.
