Practical training and practice will fine-tune your accuracy, concentration and speed, while classes teach the related sciences of anatomy and histology, as well as state safety requirements. In addition you will gain insight into real-world strategies to get the job of your dreams, from interviewing to resume writing and beyond.
At that point you will have the competency required for the skill certification examination, as well as the theoretical knowledge necessary to pass the written examination required by American Beauty Institute and the State of California for licensure. Our esthetician school requires the satisfactory completion of 750 hours of training. This will entitle you to take the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology Examination for the Tennessee Esthetics License.
