The esthetics course requires 750 hours, which can take approximately 7 to 11 months to complete based on your selected class schedule.

When you graduate, the Career Services Department will leverage our relationships with local employers to help you find a job in cosmetology. We'll make the transition from student to professional easy, with assistance in resume writing, interview techniques and employment contacts.
Esthetics is the science of skincare. Estheticians are licensed professionals who do facials, waxing, massages, and more! To become a licensed esthetician you’ll need to complete the required training hours and state exams.
The course is a very interesting one, and will train you on how to perform procedures in a professional manner. It does not include business basics.
In the Esthetics Program, you’ll be trained so you can pursue a career in a variety of settings, from healthcare to traditional skincare clinic settings. Unlike generalist schools, IWC focuses training on skin care treatments, products/ingredients, and corrective makeup techniques, to name a few.
Combining hands-on experience with didactic learning, our estheticians become masters of the diagnosis, treatment, and basic understanding of the skin. The goal of our Esthetics program is to provide a learning environment that will foster the development of the professional, academic, clinical.
