Safeguarding at Oxfordshire Mind
Oxfordshire Mind is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all employees and volunteers to share this commitment.
Service-user involvement at Oxfordshire Mind
At Oxfordshire Mind we are committed to involving people with lived experience of mental health problems in every aspect of our work; for us, this starts with the recruitment process. On each interview panel, there will be two Oxfordshire Mind employees and one person with a lived experience of mental health problems.
