This qualification is valid for 3 years from the date of achievement. The learner will need to complete the full course again to requalify for a further 3 years. It is recommended that the learner attends annual refresher training.

A maximum of 12 students can be accommodated on this course and all candidates must be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify.

I am a qualified, highly experienced instructor who is DBS checked and First Aid trained.
My professional experience spans 24 years within the hospitality sector, working in Learning & Development roles. After taking a break in 2020 to have my two children, I set up my own training consultancy business, Petrain Services. Alongside this, I am proud to sponsor the Lift Industry Mental Health Charter . This industry and subject matter are very close to my heart, so I am honoured to serve as both the trainer for the charter and a committee member.
I work with a variety of clients, businesses, and industries.
