The VTCT Level 3 Award in Facial Electrotherapy is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop the learner's practical skills in how to provide facial electrical treatments. Units in this qualification have been mapped to the relevant NOS.
Dermaplaning is an exfoliation treatment that removes the dead skin cells in the upper layer of the skin. It uses a surgical scalpel to lightly scrape the surface of the skin which also removes the fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the face.
