The Malaysian Skills Certificate Programme is an advanced vocational and skills based qualification offered by the Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia to entice both local and foreign students to promote the importance of proper skills education in supporting growth in various sectors. This emulates the success of similar set ups in other countries such as the United Kingdom which has the City and Guilds and Germany’s Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB).

JPK programme applicants are also eligible to apply for financing under PTPK (applicable to Malaysians only) if required.
Students enrolled for the IFTC 2-year Diploma programme are also encouraged to take up the JPK programmes as they will earn an additional certification from JPK.
