Founded by principal and director Annie Wong some 40 years ago, IFTC today is a leading education provider recognised by governmental bodies and regional nations, and is the only fashion school in Malaysia to be affiliated to PAA (Paris American Academy) one of France leading private institutes of fashion and art.

In fact, IFTC was one of the earliest education institutions in Malaysia to offer a twinning programme in this country by establishing this partnership with PAA in the 1990s.
