Finance For Non-Finance Professionals

‘Finance for Non-Finance (Managers’ & Executives’) of various departments and functions of an organization need to be exposed to matters related to Accounting, Costing and Finance. This is necessary to ensure that there is less risk factor associated with the enterprise’s operations.

This course is an intensive course, provides a foundation to accounting, costing and finance, especially for non-finance personnel, who need to acquire an understanding of the main concepts and the practical application in decision-making, but who do not require an in-depth theoretical or technical knowledge and details with regards to measurement, recognition, preparation, presentation of financial statements, generated for both internal and external decision-making purposes.
