Fire safety is largely misunderstood in many workplaces, the use of fire equipment and fire hazards present in your workplace is mostly unrecognized.

This course isn't your typical Point Aim Squeeze and Sweep. We talk about fire, what it is, how it starts, and the ways it consumes buildings. Did you know that some of the most dangerous conditions exist AFTER a fire has occurred?

Using 4K video demonstrations from fire departments, we understand how quickly fire builds, spreads, review the differences in flashover and backdrafts through stunning slow motion camera angles.

5 classes of fire extinguishers, placement and fire extinguishing means are reviewed as well as the importance of having a detailed evacuation plan designed with the assistance of the Internal Responsibility System.
