In 1994 Life Care Consultants started life as an independent First Aid Trainer offering specialised and customised first aid training to industries and organisations throughout New Zealand.
Since then we have expanded our range of services from providing high-quality First Aid Courses to include health monitoring, on-site occupational nurse services, workplace health assessments, flu vaccinations, wellness programmes, injury management, nutrition and, most recently, pre-employment evaluations.
Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of as many New Zealanders as possible. It’s a lofty goal but one we are passionate about delivering.
Each course is tailored to suit the needs of the company in which it is?held?and all courses are tutored by suitably trained fire trainers. Each year the correct use of fire extinguishers saves New Zealand businesses millions, preserves lives and prevents injury.
The course is designed to give your staff an understanding of the risks associated with workplace fires, while giving them the ability to assess whether to evacuate or fight the fire. All participants use at least one fire extinguisher on a fire provided by our specifically designed safety trailer.
Certified Fire Evacuation is a consultant working in the fire evacuation industry, who has met the prescribed criteria and accepted by FPANZ as a Certified Fire Evacuation Consultant.
At the successful completion of the course the trainee will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the fire classes and fire suppression techniques, select and implement a strategy to deal with fire.
Fire Extinguisher/Suppression combined with Fire Warden & Emergency Procedures courses covering a combination of theory and practical elements using a competency based method.
