This course provides evidence that persons who are required to assess the emergency situation and provide Basic Life Support and Basic First Aid in the workplace have been trained and are competent to do so.
Attendees will be able to demonstrate an understanding of emergency scene management and show an understanding of elementary anatomy and physiology. They will be able to assess an emergency situation, apply First Aid procedures to a life-threatening situation and treat common injuries.
