Objectives:
This qualification is designed for people who are working or who are interested in the food and beverage service industry, which forms part of the hospitality industry. A working knowledge is obtained in how to provide and maintain table service - inclusive of beverage preparation and service skills of wine, spirits, and liqueurs.
