Learning Objective

By the end of the training, participants would be able to:

  • Fulfill the FOOD ACT 1983 FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS 2009

  • Develop basic food safety practices that stipulated by the MoH

  • Develop basic awareness of the Food Rules and Regulations

 

Methodology

Training sessions include classroom lectures, exercises, group work, and discussion.

 

Target Participants

Food handlers. Anyone directly involved with food, contact with food packaging, and food contact surfaces.
