This online course meets section 5 of the foodservice establishment by-law of the City of Winnipeg. This by-law was created to regulate food service establishments. Participants can either register for our online course or our in-class program.
Our on-line and in-class courses are offered at a low price of 89.99 and competitive rates are available for groups and private classes.
The on-line course requires approximately 6 to 10 hours to complete and requires participants to attend an examination upon completion of the on-line portion at our training facilities (exams are available multiple times per week at 4pm).
The following people should attend a course:
Any owner, manager or supervisor of a food service establishment
Any individuals that is responsible for receiving, serving or preparing food.
How Long is the Course?
The on-line course is self paced and can be stopped and started at any time. The on-line course takes approximately 6 to 10 hours to complete and participants must complete an examination at our training center in order to successfully complete the course.
What Kind of Certification Will I Receive?
Participants that successfully complete the course will receive certification that meets Food Service Establishment By-law No. 5160/89
