National Occupational Standards (NOS) for food safety in a catering environment developed by People 1st
The introduction to HACCP course for Food Safety covers understanding the legal requirements of food safety management systems.
The Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a qualification intended for learners working in the catering environment in low-risk roles but where there is an element of food handling. This could include bar workers, waiting staff, health care workers, kitchen porters and stock/store room staff.
Hygiene Safety Course is offered by Northcerh Certification Inspection and Training. Our Occupational Health & Safety Training teaches business professionals about how to ensure the health and safety of their employees.
Our HACCP Awareness course teaches you the different types of hazards in the food business, as well as the history of HACCP. Learners will come away from this 3-hour course with the understanding of how to apply a HACCP based food safety management system.
