Our HACCP Awareness course teaches you the different types of hazards in the food business, as well as the history of HACCP. Learners will come away from this 3-hour course with the understanding of how to apply a HACCP based food safety management system.
The Level 2 Award in Principles of HACCP is designed for those working or preparing to work in food businesses where a food safety management system based on Codex HACCP principles is implemented.
