The course will suit a diverse range of learners including adults, schools, community groups and businesses etc. who work in or intend to work in the catering industry including those involved in the storage, preparation, cooking and handling of food.
This qualification is designed for those working or preparing to work in food businesses where a food safety management system based on Codex Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles is implemented.
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a qualification aimed at caterers and other food handlers. The qualification is intended for learners already working in catering and those who are preparing to work in the industry.
This 2 day qualification is aimed at those responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of HACCP systems in a food manufacturing environment.
Food Hygiene Training Course is offered by Acorn Safety Services. Health and safety training can help reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, improve productivity, and create a positive work environment.
