Food Safety Awareness Train the Trainer

Our Food Safety Awareness Train the Trainer training course is aimed at anyone within the hospitality or catering sectors that wants to be able to teach an in-house Food Safety Level 2 training course to their colleagues.

The material is suitable for anyone that handles food such as employees working in schools, colleges, or hospitals as well as fast food outlets, restaurants, hotels, kitchens, bars, cafes, or takeaways.

On completion of this Food Safety Awareness Train the Trainer, learners will be a qualified trainer in this subject and should know and understand the following:?
