This 1 day Ofqual regulated Food Safety in Catering course covers the essential principles of food safety and is suitable for anyone working in the catering industry that prepares, cooks or handles food.
Food Hygiene course training is offered by First Aid For All for all skill level. First Aid For All Limited is a family business offering workplace wellbeing and safety training courses including: mental health, first aid, fire safety training courses.
The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Course aims to provide delegates with a basic awareness of good hygiene and safety practices in the food industry, specifically focusing on employees involved in preparing, cooking, and handling food in catering settings.
This course is for managers, supervisors, auditors or anyone else responsible for the Food Safety System within the organisation. Delegates should have a good understanding of food hygiene and maybe even the intermediate level.
This food allergy awareness training course is designed to provide food handlers, or those with responsibility for managing food handlers, with an awareness around the controls and legal responsibilities when it comes to the 14 regulated allergens.
