The Level 4 Award in food safety management course is accredited through Highfield and is aimed at those who have a managerial responsibility when it comes to food safety.
The Level 4 Award can be applied to either the catering or manufacturing sector. It looks at food safety in depth and provides the skills to formulate, implement and manage a food safety policy.
It provides managers with the knowledge and confidence to improve the food safety culture of the business ensuring safe food is produced and systems are in place to meet legal requirements.

I have over 25 years’ experience including working for P&O Cruises and hotels in South Africa, Switzerland and the UK, as well as teaching and auditing food businesses. This has given me a good understanding of the issues businesses face and I aim to be as flexible as I can when delivering training to meet your organisation’s needs.
With a strong background in hospitality, and years spent training and auditing the care sector, retail and catering, I have an excellent understanding of the everyday challenges faced by business. I pride myself on being able to adapt my training, making it relevant to those being trained.
