Course Details:
Delegates will be taught a firm grasp of the importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved. They will leave with an understanding of how to control food safety risks (personal hygiene, food storage, cooking and handling) and have the confidence and expertise to safely deliver quality food to customers.
Our Managing Director Darren Gordon has completed 23 years within the armed forces before leaving in January 2011. He is a very keen, motivated and driven director with very clear direction and not only employs ex-servicemen with a minimum of 18 years training and first aid experience in most operational theatres around the world, but also insists that they maintain their military upbringing which is to “be the best”.
