How It Works
Our e-learning is available to use on multiple platforms such as tablets, PCs and laptops. All you need is an internet connection. Learners simply log on to the GTS Learner Management System (LMS) and work their way through the course, along with the scenarios that provide them with real-life context.
Learners are assessed at the end of the course by multiple-choice questions.

The Level 1 Award in Food Safety is for employees with no prior food safety knowledge, or those handling low-risk or wrapped food. Also suitable for waiting or check out staff, warehouse staff and kitchen porters.
The identification of good food safety procedures and the implementation of food safety systems based on HACCP principles should be highlighted throughout the course content.
Food HACCP (Level 3) Training is offered by Health Safety Fire (Praesidium Safety Management Ltd). Health and safety training educates employees on preventing workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
