This five-day course covers the entirety of the Food Safety Management Standard, teaching you about the standard, how to implement the standard and how to internally audit your system. Our experienced facilitators will explore the ISO 22000 standard in-depth, with role-plays, workshops and practical exercises to ensure you advance from beginner to expert.

With the successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:

  • Relate to and apply the ISO 19011:2011 requirements for auditing.
  • Develop specific documents required by the standard.
  • Develop auditing material required to conduct an internal audit.
  • Plan and prepare the auditing process.
  • Apply the principles of planning, executing, recording and closeout of an audited scenario.
  • Develop and implement key documentation to ensure the auditing process is concluded in a professional manner.
