Course structure
4 hours of face-to-face classroom tuition with workbook supplied. The online resources and assessment are required to be completed within 10 days from course delivery.

This course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the general principles of the Standard, and how to comply with the requirements. Delegates will also gain an understanding of what to expect during the process of certification, and actions needed prior to.
The course has been designed to promote in food workers an awareness of the causes of food poisoning and what procedures are necessary to prevent it.
Our training is customized for any person, and small and large food businesses that require learning about food safety methods and food safety controls.
Participants will learn the basic practices that result in safe food handling. They will be shown how to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food as per their establishment requirements.
This course provides a basic understanding of the general practices used to create an environment that is safe to produce food and the practices that help to ensure safe production and handling.
