Our Food Safety Supervisor course:
Meets the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training
Prepares Food Safety Supervisors to supervise and oversee day to day operations and to prevent and recognise food safety hazards
Specifically designed for those working with vulnerable populations
Participants Who Successfully Complete This Course Should Be Able To:
Implement safe food handling practices in their early years or OSHC setting.
Identify potential food safety hazards at their early years or OSHC setting.
Manage strategies to prevent, control and eliminate food safety hazards.

The Australian Nutrition Foundation (Qld Div) Inc, trading as Nutrition Australia Qld (NAQ), is a non profit, non government community nutrition education organisation that has TDGR and charity status.
NAQ was established in 1994 and has an almost 30 year history as a key community nutrition education body and is highly regarded as the independent voice of nutrition education in the Queensland community. NAQ is governed by a Committee of Management.
We deliver services across Queensland with individual members, organisations, corporate partners and other government and non-government key stakeholders to promote evidence-based healthy living messages.
Our health promotion services and strategies including a range of nutrition education and cooking skill programs and other resources for various community groups across the lifespan to promote healthy life choices in relation to healthy food selection and physical activity.
Our Food Safety Programs are easy to use and tailored to match the processes occurring at your site. For multi-site organisations we will ensure that each of your sites’ Food Safety Programs are corporately consistent whilst also being customised for the food services at each site.
This unit of competency is recommended for people handling food such as a Kitchen Hand, Cook, Chef, Barista, Catering Staff, Wait Staff, Service Staff and Fast Food Outlets.
The Food Safety Management System (FSMS) auditor certification program has been developed by Auditor Training Global to provide international recognition for auditors who conduct food safety management system audits based on the ISO 22000 food safety management system standard.
Food Safety course is offered by Centre For Training.
