The Certified Food Managers course is design to train and teach food managers to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. Food Safety Manager Certification Program assesses the knowledge and skills of entry-level food managers.

All food handlers are required by San Diego County Code to possess either a valid food handler card issued by a county-authorized food handler training school or a County of San Diego food handler test administered by the current food safety manager.

ServSafe Food Manager training is offered by National Food Safety Training Institute. Certified Food Manager class (CFM Class) Certification class is a great tool is assist candidates to successfully complete the ServSafe examination and receive a ServSafe Food Manager certification.
