Who we are
Bernard & Ya Holdings Limited trading as Tree House is a New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) registered and accredited Private Training Establishment, has a head office in Auckland, and training facilities in Auckland and Wellington.
We work predominantly with people interested in the hospitality, retail and security industries at foundation level, along with increasing the skill level of those currently working with customers in these sectors. We believe in making real connections between learning and industry employment in the industries we service and help develop.
Our programs focus on our learners gaining the key skills, confidence and attitude they need to secure and retain sustainable employment and core knowledge as a basis for further education.

A one-day program, our food hygiene courses are approved in accordance with each Councils' Food Safety Bylaws in relation to the provision to have Food Handlers with a Food Safety Qualification. As our courses meet the national requirement it will be accepted by any Council.
The key benefits of our Advanced HACCP Training course are an in-depth understanding of how to achieve food safety by developing, implementing, and reviewing a HACCP plan for a food processing operation.
The HACCP system has been developed to help manufacturers produce safe food. It is designed to help processors and manufacturers to systematically identify hazards and appropriate controls.
Graduates will demonstrate knowledge and skills required within the hospitality industry by national and local regulatory authorities.
A HACCP – hazard analysis critical control point – system is designed to identify and control food safety risk factors., including anything with the potential to cause illness or injury to a consumer.
