In 1996 these two friends from radically different backgrounds formed a friendship. They founded the African Brothers football team, registered with the Hout Bay Football Association.
With the objective of harnessing South Africa's love of soccer to bridge cultural divides and effect change in Cape Town's invisible suburb. We are grateful for the amazing amount of support we have received.
In 2009 African Brothers Football Academy launched the Flagship Academy at the sports facilities of Gardens Commercial High School. A collaboration was formed.
With Gardens Commercial High School. African Brothers manages the facilities and offers a safe haven for footballers of all ages, gender and backgrounds.
Football Course is Offered by Berea-Albion Academy.
Football Elite Cape Town started out as a soccer development program in 2018 , training kids aged 6-12 years old.
Football Course is Offered by Soweto Super United FC.
For players successfully making it through the trial process, the Ubuntu Football Academy offers holistic mentorship to exceptional young players over a sustained period of six years (12-18 years-old).
The ONE10SPORT Football Academy bridges the gap between being an amateur player and realising the dream of becoming a professional.???????
