We are fortunate to have a purpose-built professional hospitality suite. Add in specialised kit, gas hobs, industrial gelateria, salamander and industry grade cookware, and the canvas for culinary opportunity is complete. We also have access to the main cafeteria for formalised function work and service as well, not to mention the theatre for which we cater.
But while our modern kitchen premises, surrounded by our fledgling herb gardens, sits at the heart of our course, our other home is a stand-alone, airy, bright space to learn and debate the nuts and bolts of the hospitality industry. It is where our theory classes take place, punctuated with demonstrations and video clips.
This course is designed as an introduction to long-term French learning. Suitable for absolute beginners or for those who have learned some French in the past and would like to consolidate basic skills as well as building up their French vocabulary.
At the Language Hub French classes are taught entirely in French, to give you maximum exposure to this beautiful language. We will teach you how to speak confidently and fluently in French. And allow you to master the language through a mix of explanation, practical exercises and natural exposure.
We offer the internationally recognized DELF and DALF examinations which test your level of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. This accreditation is an important asset when proving your French language skills to international schools, workplaces or governments.
In our fun French A1 language lessons you will learn French Pronunciation, Greetings, Questions, Colors and Directions. Furthermore every lesson will include something about French Culture and People.
