There's nothing quite like the aroma of fresh Brioche & Pain Perdu, also known as French Toast! Our chef will walk you through the process of making Brioche dough to proper kneading techniques and how to bake sweet French Toast. We'll cover essential steps such as proofing, shaping, and baking.
As a trained French pastry chef, Simon likes to concoct exquisite desserts with a unique blend of flavors and textures. Creating a new pastry is always a challenge, but the excitement of presenting it for the first time to food-lovers, family, and friends is the driving force. In this class you will learn how to make Challah, the most quintessential of Jewish breads and the centerpiece of the Shabbat and holiday table. Each participant will leave class with one baked loaf and one loaf ready to bake at home. We will also learn how to create multiple braids.
