There's nothing quite like the aroma of fresh Brioche & Pain Perdu, also known as French Toast! Our chef will walk you through the process of making Brioche dough to proper kneading techniques and how to bake sweet French Toast. We'll cover essential steps such as proofing, shaping, and baking.

  • 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class
  • Each student will enjoy their own French Toast!
  • Each student will go home with recipes and detailed instructions to French Brioche and Pain Perdu at home!
