Whether you are an absolute beginner or have studied and used the language for several years, there's sure to be a language course for you at COL. Courses are for all adult learners, from 16 to 99+ years old.
Language tutors are expert language teachers passionate about teaching you how to communicate in your chosen language. All language courses focus on communication skills through task-based learning, with a particular emphasis on listening and speaking.

Are you interested in learning French, take holidays or have connections to France? This qualification enables learners to gain crucial language skills for social purposes.
Throughout the course, your language skills will be assessed in an informal manner to record your progress and for you to see how you are getting on. For more information on assessment, please discuss with your tutor.
We created a new kind of language school in London exclusively for adult learners like you. Your average language school prepares students for exams and certificates teaching a sterile language through irrelevant material and childish textbooks. That’s not what you get with us.
Our French classes for children and teenagers are designed to boost their confidence and enthusiasm and help them do well in their exams. All our teachers are qualified, experienced, DBS checked, native speakers.
Our language classes are divided into Stages. Stage one is designed for real beginners whilst stage six and seven are for advanced learners. Check out the entry requirements to determine which stage is most appropriate for you.
