Did you know that there are almost 8 million French speakers in Canada? Although approximately 85% of them live in Quebec, there are over a million who reside in other parts of the country, which means if you live in Canada, you probably come into contact with the language on a daily basis.
Our regular program is based on the four components of Conversa’s communicative approach to language training. Conversation is practiced at each class. Participants practice what is required to say in day-to-day situations and hold conversations with each other.
If you have little or no previous knowledge of French, Beginner 1 is the right level for you. Speak and hear French from the first day as you quickly gain basic conversation skills to communicate information about yourself, your family and friends, your work, and your daily life.
In this French course for beginners, a communicative learning approach is emphasized. The essential language skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing - will be developed simultaneously.
Need to learn French for work, university or just for fun? Whatever your needs may be, our programs offer the perfect opportunity for you to improve your abilities in French.
