Seasoned Portland offers cooking classes in the casual setting of the home kitchen amongst friends. Choose from a variety of menu offerings or request a specific dish you've been wanting to learn the secret to.
Children learn to make pasta with their choice of two sauces: marinara, pesto, Alfredo, Amatriciana as well as provencal salad and champagne vinaigrette. They will also make vanilla or chocolate cupcakes plus frosting and candle blowout.
In our second rendition of our pasta making class you’ll learn to make a variety of classic hand-made, cut, and stuffed pastas as well as building perfect sauces for your noodles. Elevate your pasta game.
W?e will be making fresh pasta from scratch and discuss different uses of flour: All Purpose, semolina, talk about extruded pasta vs. sheeted pasta, then sit down and eat all of our creations. We will learn how to confit garlic and send you home with your own small jar.
Our in person classes are designed around your needs. We will prepare a custom menu for your group taking into consideration all your dietary restrictions and allergies.
