Making stuffed pasta from scratch is incredibly satisfying! There is magic involved in starting with simple ingredients and transforming them into beautiful shapes. Chef Daniel will explain, step by step, how to do it. Although some people get it very quickly, others require a little bit more nurturing.
The chef takes delight in helping others do it, repeating the steps as many times as necessary until participants are able to create their own and walk away from the class, not only having eaten a wonderful meal, but with the confidence to repeat it on their own and impress their friends for years and years to come.
