Progression
Students can progress to study an undergraduate course at a university of their choice or progress to employment.
Entry Requirements
Level 2 Vocational Courses: Students are required to have a minimum of four grade 3s at GCSE. Level 3 Vocational Courses: Students are required to have achieved a minimum of five grade 4s at GCSE, which must include either English or Maths.
Additional Information: For Level 2 Vocational Courses, we will consider 2 Vocationals, ideally one to be in a related subject. For Level 3 Vocational Courses, we will consider 1 Vocational qualification in place of a GCSE as long as a grade 4 is achieved in English.

The Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Game Development is a comprehensive programme designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to pursue a successful career in the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of game development.
Using a custom-built £1m studio, you will develop your ability to create rich visuals and vibrant storytelling, alongside learning the technical aspects and professional skills that will help you succeed in the games industry, esports and many other emerging digital careers.
Prepare for further learning or training and/or develop knowledge and/or skills in a subject area.In this unit, learners will develop an initial idea into a 2D or 3D game.
This qualification is designed to provide a technical introduction to digital games production. Learners develop skills in areas such as games engine scripting, 3D modelling and environment and games testing.
Game Design is a smart choice of career because there will always be a market of people who to want play video games. This course gives you the technical skills and practical knowledge to succeed in industry.
