We often want to give feedback – but don’t give it as we don’t know how to give it – or are concerned about “sensitivities”. And, at times, we are given feedback but don’t take it with an open-minded growth mindset.

This course will give participants the skills to improve relationships and performance. The learning from this course can be applied at work and in our private lives!
