At Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we offer a range of half- & one-day cooking classes on a wide variety of topics.
If you or someone in your household has been told that they are gluten intolerant or that they have coeliac disease then it is important that they do not eat foods containing gluten. This means that baking can be a challenge but shouldn’t be impossible as we all need a treat now and again!
However, by substituting some other ingredients for wheat flour you can produce the most delicious cakes, bakes and pastries. On this half-day Gluten Free Baking course at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we will cook both sweet and savoury gluten-free recipes which you will want to repeat again and again.

The building is also suitable for PR events and product launches. The range of facilities on offer allows the school to host a broad spectrum of cookery courses and activities.
